2. What Okeanid provides

Okeanid creates and sells digital products, including browser-based tools, templates, planners, guides, onboarding materials, and related digital resources.

Our products are designed to support planning, focus, self-organization, productivity, reflection, and everyday routines. They are not intended to replace qualified professional advice, treatment, care, or emergency support.

3. Product access and delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Depending on the product, delivery may include access links, browser-based tools, downloadable guides, onboarding instructions, templates, or access codes.

You are responsible for keeping your access information private and for using the product in accordance with these Terms.

4. Personal use

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase gives you access to use the product for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, sublicense, share, or make the product publicly available as your own.

You may not reproduce Okeanid products, designs, systems, written materials, templates, or product logic for commercial redistribution without written permission.

5. Local-first products

Some Okeanid products, including Bad Brain Day Console, may store product data locally in your browser or device. This means your in-product data may depend on your browser storage, device settings, and backup/export behavior.

If you clear browser data, change browsers, change devices, or reset your device, locally stored data may be lost. If a product offers export or backup functionality, you are responsible for saving and protecting your exported files.

6. No medical, therapy, financial, legal, or emergency services

Okeanid products are not medical products. They do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, or any other medical or mental health condition.

7. Payments, taxes, and checkout

Purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers. These providers may handle payment processing, fraud prevention, tax calculation, billing, and transaction records according to their own terms and policies.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because Okeanid products are digital and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law, platform policy, payment processor rules, or approved on a case-by-case basis.
